Ordering and Payments: How This Works

 

* Orders must be received by the posted "Order by" date.

* Everyone needs to submit an order through the shopping cart by the order deadline. When time to pay, select COD and submit the order.

* New customers need to submit their order through the shopping cart and prepay during the week prior to the order deadline. Checks can be made payable to Peninsula Pups and sent to:

Established customers can pay at the time of pick-up, but no cancellations after the order has been submitted to Bravo. Cash and checks are preferred payment.

* We are no longer accepting PayPal credit card payments because we have lowered our prices to mitigate the inconvenience of pre-ordering and picking up on our schedule. If you would prefer to pay by credit card, you will need to have a PayPal account and email payment to me at betsycam@sbcglobal.net. You will also need to add 3% to your taxed order total to cover the fees I am charged by PayPal to accept credit cards. Contact me for a total (betsycam@sbcglobal.net).

* Unfortunately, Bravo has changed their policy on ordering individual pieces and now require that we order full cases. I realize this doesn't work for many of you. Let me know what the most is of a case that you can take. I will let others know the rest of the case is available and maybe someone can take the rest. If the product is something that I feed my pets, then I will take the rest. Worst case scenario, I can store the rest of the case for you but you need to commit to eventually buying the rest of the case at a slightly higher price to cover my costs.

* Products that you can't take on the pre-arranged pick-up date can be stored; however, the price will be increased to cover the storage cost and extra delivery trips.
