We are working with a central California meat packing company that carries locally farmed products that are naturally raised, no hormones or antibiotics. This company has USDA inspected products. In some cases, the meat is from wild game. Please enter the number of pounds you would like at the shopping cart. For these items, we prefer that you submit your order form without paying at the same time. Prices are by the pound and the final price will be based one what poundages we get from the supplier. Your total may actually be more or less than what you order. We will give you the total when we know what it is, and then you can pay upon pick up by cash or check, or PayPal the amount to our email betsy_cam@sbcglobal.net.

These items are ordered bi-weekly based on customer orders. Because we have limited storage space, we will need for you to pick up your order within a week of our receiving your items. We do currently have these items in limited quantities.

Shipping
20 lb. Minimum

Shipping frozen foods is tricky and requires special packaging which incurs a higher cost to you. We know that Bravo! is not widely available and so are offering shipping under the following conditions.

We use FedEx Ground (to business addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery to keep your shipping costs down. We will only ship to locations within the one day ground delivery radius from Redwood City because we feel that the frozen products will still arrive in good condition, at a reasonable rate. If you are willing to pay the Overnight/Next Day shipping costs, we will work with you outside the SF Bay Area.

We have a minimum order of 20 lb. for FedEx shipping. Our containers will hold up to 45 or 50 lb. of chubs. If you are ordering more than that amount, please email me with your order so that I can figure out the best arrangement of products per box. If you would like a quote, please provide us with your delivery address.

You must add the shipping container to your shopping cart for FedEx shipments. When possible, we do have recycled shipping coolers in which case there is no fee for the cooler, so please check with us before ordering. Dry ice will not be added unless ordered additionally.

We have found that when shipping with FedEx one day ground service, the food will still be frozen, or only slightly thawed (the outside of chubs may be softened but the inside is still frozen/has ice crystals). If you are unwilling to accept the food in this condition, then please do not order!

Bagged bones take up more room than their equivalent weight in chubs. They are also prone to thaw faster. If you still wish to included bones in your shipment, email me first regarding how much will fit in a box.

Delivery

If you meet me at one of my Peninsula pick up spots, there is no delivery charge. Home delivery within a 20 mile radius of Woodside is $10. If you meet me at one of my East Bay pick up spots, the deliver fee is $14 (includes the bridge toll). See below for meeting locations.

Bravo! is a company located in Connecticut that provides a broad array of raw food options for our pet dogs and cats. All ingredients are human grade , and in many cases they are natural, free-range, grass-fed, or certified organic. You can learn more about Bravo! by visiting their website at www.bravorawdiet.com. We are a Bravo! retailer located in Woodside, CA, a town in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We are a "virtual store." Rather than having a retail store, we make appointments with customers for pick-ups at locations around the Bay Area. We only sell to customers in the San Francisco Bay Area and to customers that are within one day ground delivery distance from us by FedEx. We can ship dry goods to the lower 48. Inventory is kept here in La Honda, CA or at United Cold Storage in South San Francisco. Delivery is free to one of the listed pick up locations on the Peninsula. Delivery to your home is possible with an additional $20 delivery fee (within 25 miles of Woodside). Weather permitting we travel to the central valley via Pleasanton/Livermore/Tracy/Stockton on occasion and may be able to arrange meetings along this route. See "Delivery" for more details.

Pricing: All prices listed include the freight/storage cost that we incur having frozen food shipped to us by freezer truck cross-country to a cold storage facility. Those costs average .50/lb., which is less than you would pay if you were to have frozen food shipped to you directly!

Payment: PayPal is our preferred form of payment. Use our shopping cart to get your total and submit your order, selecting COD; then, email your payment to betsy_cam@sbcglobal.net. We also accept checks and cash. Credit cards are accepted through our cart via PayPal (no PayPal account required).

Delivery: If you are able to meet me at a convenient location at a freeway exit along a route I commonly travel, there will be no delivery charge added. My delivery to a home or other location requires a delivery fee of $20 (such delivery must be arranged with me initially). If ordering through the cart, please select "Delivery" at the bottom of the cart.
